METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE Ryujinmaru pre-order starts on Feb 26 (JST)!

Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of METAL BUILD comes the first spin off of the brand! Introducing METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE featuring Ryujinmaru from Mashin Hero Wataru series, where the Mashin is completely redesigned and built to the die-cast brand specifications!

The METAL BUILD Ryujinmaru is redesigned by Manabu Shintani, the mechanic designer behind the brand new anime Mashin Hero Wataru: The Seven Spirits of Ryujinmaru. The Gold Dragon (Kinryu) skeletal design is incorporated in the scale figure for the first time since its many releases; the skeleton can be seen through the transparent part on the head and the open joints between the chest and waist. Gold plated finish can be found on the horns, the claws and the dragon reliefs on the shoulders.

The armor is redesigned and constructed with more interrelated parts which enhanced the overall movement of the mecha; die-cast parts can be found in the main joints of the figure. The claws on the hands are articulated, which is rarely seen in recent mecha releases. Ryujinmaru’s weapon Toryuken, plus replaceable hands with special attack Ryuraiken effect parts, will all be included with the figure.

METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE Ryujinmaru will be accepting pre-order at participating retailers on February 26, 2021 (JST); expected release date in July 2021.
